the fingering is a bit awkward and i can't really find any way around it.  Feel free to 
or change some of this around. I urge you.

I simplified everything here. (Pretty much every chord that's broken is played upwards 
shown, and also downwards in the reverse direction (not shown).  The rhythm is really 
to catch on to.)
