ok, sorry for the confusing structure, but ill try to explain how this works.
the intro that you play four times goes under the guitar, as with the F to Fm.
the C A D and G parts you can improvise with the C and A being one measure and D and G 
two,
although the second measure of the G (that i've tabbed out) is the same as what the 
does at that time.
once again, sorry for the messy tab, but hopefully you get the idea of it.
