Awesome song from the new album 'Graduation', thought it sounded quite good in chord
Pretty sure this is right as well.
Tuning: EADGBE
Fm Eb Fm Eb Fm
Do you think about me now and then?
Ab Bbm7 C#M7
Do you think about me now and then?
Cm Fm
Cause I’m coming home again
Cm Fm
Comin home again.
A simpler version of the first line would just be
Fm Eb
Do you think about me now and then?
This pattern is then repeated throughout the song. Listen for the timing. Simple.
Chords used:
E A D G B E
Fm: x 8 10 10 9 8
Eb: x 6 8 8 8 6
Ab: 4 6 6 5 4 4
Bbm7: 6 8 6 6 6 6
C#M7: x 4 6 5 6 4
Cm: x 3 5 5 4 3
this is not novice, at least not on an acoustic. the barre-ing is too hard to do all that piano-switchin' shit on an acoustic at that speed (for a novice).
you can play it capo 8 and adjust some of the chords, makes it a little easier.
the Ab and the Bbm7 sound better if you play them from the 11th and 13 fret (A-chord shape, actually an octave higer), but still play the next chords the way it says at the bottom of the tab.
