This last bit is really odd. It's actually the same note (A#), but to 
sound right its played at different places on the fretboard, so needs
 a bit of jumping around. I also put in the bass notes aswell, but to
 play those it needs massive jumps that make it sound 
horrible and stilted, so not entirely sure how it should be played 
(i end up two-hand tapping it, to smooth it out). Anyways, i'll put 
in all the notes so you can decide what to do yourselves.
