This isn't EXACTLY how the song is played but this is how my band, Various Stages Of
play it when we do our rock version of it. It is very accurate. Enjoy! If you have any
or comments on it you can e-mail me at karategrl5431@yahoo.com. -Vikkii

When she is singing the "Oh oh oh caught in a bad romance" part at the begining, play
chords C, G, Am, Fm..

 ---------------------------------------------------------------|
 ---------------------------------------------------------------|
 ---------------------------------------------------------------|
 -----2-2-3-2-------2-2-3-2-------2-2-3-2-----------------------|
 -0-0-----------0-0-----------0-0-------------3-3-0-3-0-3-------|
 ---------------------------------------------------------------|
  Repeat that twice..

During the verse, we palm mute it and play just open and then a G bar chord. We play
song with distortion. We play it kinda like this..

 -0--0--3--0--3--0------------------------|
 -0--0--3--0--3--0------------------------|
 -0--0--4--0--4--0------------------------|
 -0--0--5--0--5--0------------------------|
 -0--0--5--0--5--0------------------------|
 -0--0--3--0--3--0------------------------|

So yeah.. That pretty much through the verse.. Except when she says "I want your love..
love, love, I want your love.." Then you play

 -----------------------------------------|
 -----------------------------------------|
 -----------------------------------------|
 -----------------------------------------|
 -------0-----7-3-0-------0---------------|
 -0-3-4-------------0-3-4-----------------|

Entering the chorus, play the G chord..

Then the chorus goes..

 ----------------------------------------------|
 ----------------------------------------------|
 ----------------------------------------------|
 -7-7-7-7-7-7-7-5-5------------------5---------|
 -------------------5-5--5-5-7-7-7-7---5-5-3---|
 ----------------------------------------------|

Then those little chords C, G, Am, Fm twice..

And then..

 ---------------------------------------------------------------|
 ---------------------------------------------------------------|
 ---------------------------------------------------------------|
 -----2-2-3-2-------2-2-3-2-------2-2-3-2-----------------------|
 -0-0-----------0-0-----------0-0-------------3-3-0-3-0-3-------|
 ---------------------------------------------------------------|

Then do the next verse like the first verse above..

And the chorus the same..

 ---------------------------------------------------------------|
 ---------------------------------------------------------------|
 ---------------------------------------------------------------|
 -----2-2-3-2-------2-2-3-2-------2-2-3-2-----------------------|
 -0-0-----------0-0-----------0-0-------------3-3-0-3-0-3-------|
 ---------------------------------------------------------------|
Play it twice..

Next, play G chord palm muted until you hit the part, "I want your love, and I want your
where you play the chords C, G, Am, Fm..

Then play the chorus like you did the past couple of times..

And that is pretty much it..
