You're overcomplicating it chap. The intro is: Abm7, Abm6, Abm#5, Abm (in other words, its just an Abm with a leading note dropping from Gb, F, E, Eb, D. Easy to play as a barre on the 5th fret with the leading note on the B string.
The second section is: C#m, F#, B, EbAug, Abmin etc.
In the chorus, replace the Eb7 with an Aug chord too.
And onto the 'one for he money bit'....
B, EbAug, Abm, C#m, F# (don't forget that last one!),
B, EbAug, Emaj7, Eb7, Abm
