Devil's Spoke

Initially I thought it was in open d tuning but it sounds more accurate with the f# also
tuned down to D.

Open D5 tuning: D, A, D, D, A, d

I don't know the exact chords because i play it by ear on youtube. The tuning is CGCGCC with a capo on 2. You move your finger up and down the first and second strings than the last ones!

Just looked for the song on youtube.
While I agree with you about the capo comment the resulting tuning is Ds and As.
Also, I would urge you to check the San Francisco video posted by katiehthegreat which looks to be very similar to the way I play it and have written out.

I certainly don't believe this tab is worth just 2/5 but that's up to you and others that use it.

this is how i play it pretty much, apart from some sections of the tab aren't right.

|-0--0--0--0--0--0--0--0--| 1st
|-0--0--0--0--0--0--0--0--| 2nd
|-0--0--0--0--0--0--0--0--| 3rd
|-4--5--4--2--4--5--4--2--| 4th
|-------------------------|
|-------------------------|

it's much easier if you just use the one finger, so it should be open string on the 2nd. :)
i know it's not how laura plays it, but it still sounds pretty spot on.
