Intro: E, B, A, B, C#m, G#m, F#m, B, A, B, G#m

E G#m
So here we are again
                C#m A E
Staring at the end of what we made and who we are
               G#m
Never knowing when
                C#m G#m
One of us will break apart and walk the other way
A B
Love, I don't know what to say
			   C#m
Love, I don't know how to stay
		A B
When you won't let me be the person that I am

                     C#m A
The writing's on the wall, there's nothing to say anymore
                       G#m A B
So I'll leave before I fall apart right back into your arms
                      C#m A
The writing's on the wall, you gave nothing and I gave it all
                    		  G#m A E
But I want something better and I won't let this burden bring me down

               G#m
What are we to do?
                C#m A E
What are we to say to one another now we're through?
		  G#m
Thanks for being you
                  C#m G#m A
Thanks for being all the things I had to say goodbye to
                B
I'm over being lied to
                 C#m
I'm over being pushed into the
A B
Person that you want me to become

                     C#m A
The writing's on the wall, there's nothing to say anymore
                       G#m A B
So I'll leave before I fall apart right back into your arms
                      C#m A
The writing's on the wall, you gave nothing and I gave it all
                    		  G#m A E
But I want something better and I won't let this burden bring me down

(whisltleing) G#mC#mAEG#mC#m - A

B A
Where did we go wrong?
		     B
We let it be so long

    A B
But now there's no point turning back, let's face the facts

                     C#m A
The writing's on the wall, there's nothing to say anymore
                       G#m A B
So I'll leave before I fall apart right back into your arms
                      C#m A
The writing's on the wall, you gave nothing and I gave it all
                    		  G#m A E
But I want something better and I won't let this burden bring me down

So the progression you have here is pretty correct, but it's totally in the wrong key. To play it in the same as her recording you have to transpose it up 5 half steps.

I personally prefer to put a capo on the 2nd fret and only raise it 3 half steps.
