Might not be 100% accurate, same as Sea Song. But it's a start.

I do most of my chord transcriptions using the Piano, so the root notes in chords like
Db/F might not sound equally good on guitar. You can just use Db and it will sound good anyway.
Intro: Ab Fm
Ab Fm
We landed our heavy hearts
Ab Fm
motors with broken parts
Bbm Db
we had a deck of cards
Ab Fm
it was a start
We'd sit out in the sun
and wait for our skin to turn
you would ask for truth
and I'd look for something to burn
Gb Db/F Fm
Oh, we walked in a hallowed place back then
Gb
on the edge of Dublin, the edge of May and June
Db/F Fm
Oh, to live in a paper house again
Gb Db/F Ab Fm
where we grew by the light of the moon, oh
Often we took the train
the sky pacing white to gray
when you or I would leave
and the other would stay
And we were all that we had
and breathed in each others words
I would ask for truth
and you'd look for something to burn
Oh, we walked in a hallowed place back then
on the edge of Dublin, the edge of May and June
Oh, to live in a paper house again
where we grew by the light of the moon
You were much younger then
younger than I am now
I still keep as much an eye as the wires allow
I still keep as much an eye as the wires allow
Oh, we walked in a hallowed place back then
on the edge of Dublin, the edge of May and June
Oh, to live in a paper house again
where we grew by the light of the moon
Oh, you know what you are to me
and you know you will always be
Note:
Lisa plays this with a Capo on the first Fret, so the chords, for quick reference would be:
G Em (verse)
Am C (last part of the verse)
F C Em F (Chorus)
F C (last part of the chorus)
G Em (verse again)
