There really is no "bass" part to the song. If you would like to make a
bass version of the song, here would lie the tabs . . .

In the beginning, there would be no bass. Just hold the guitar close to
the amp and let that sucker ring while the drums start you out (if you 
do not have a drummer handy . . . just give your bass a good strum before
placing it near the amp). Do this for about 20 seconds and then proceed
with a full-fret slide on D. (/)
