This is Teenage Mustache by The Locust off of Plague Soundscapes.  Not much to the song,
there's kinda not a whole lot to tab.

The Song:
riff 1 = 4x
riff 2 = 4x
riff 3 = 2x
riff 4 = 2x
riff 5 = 1x

stuff to know:
1) After the third striking of the only chord in riff 1, there is a keyboard/synth line
equals one measure, making it an even 4 measures per beat.  So it's not a 3/4 time
play with a pause of one measure after the third chord has been played.
2) The tremelo picked notes in riff 2 both equal 1 measure each.
3) In between riff 3 and riff 4, there is a bass riff that lasts two measures which does 
contradict or is included in the guitar riff so it's still 4/4.
4) The last slide off on the last riff is the ending to the song even though it's five 
per measure.
