based on this http://youtu.be/8dQPFUfezgQ i would use the chords as:

C/g - 332010
F - 133210
G - 355430 (except when you do the E to G transition)
C7 - 323210

he plays the barred F chord and then switches to the non-bar F chord and takes off one string and then goes to G
0-0-3-2-1-0 -> 0-0-3-2-0-0 -> G
