This song is pretty straight forward. Just a note on the A/F-chord; use your thumb
for the bass and put a barre on the lowest strings.

Almost perfect, except in the intro and verse, it should be a B7 with the following fingering
instead of the E (so the progression in the intro is C#m7 - G#m7 - F#m7 - B7 - F#m7 - B7 - F#m7 - B7 - B7. I think that same B7 should replace your Em+7 in the chorus although I can't hear it very clearly.
One more thing – the guitar should be downtuned half a step if you want to play it in the original key of C minor.
