 play above (2x) then at the end of the second time add these
two chords:

After you play the above to end  the "verse" you play the opening riff/chorus
again as Layne Stanley says "yeah, lifleless dead...."  This is basically what
this song is composed of.  There is a bridge in the middle, but i havn't had time
to figure it out.  If you listen to the CD you will get the order of the parts a bit easier.
