Capo IV

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zMSDF0JBoh0 , this is a tab of that cover, it is
about 90% of the song, leaving out the last bit, because the strumming pattern
used throughout the song does not make sense on the last part, The strumming
pattern is simply DDUDU, its quite fast strumming, listen to the acoustic version
and you will be able to easily follow along. The chords have you anchored for the
most part, excluding D, if you listen to the video, you will also understand the
transitions which varies from the strumming pattern but its hard to explain,
watching the video will help immensely.

Capo IV

      G
Our bodies to hand with the Jersey shoreline
Dsus4
Connecting the tide to the sand that was dry
        Em9
And we both laid entwined, stared at the night
C9
Clouds overhead, but that was all right 'cause
G
Then and there with the wind in your hair
Dsus4
Heaven was jealous to merely look fair against
Em9
You and all I need now is for this
C9
moon to keep light in its desolate skyline for good

Em9-G2-C9

Cause
 G
These are the nights that you know when you’re there
     Dsus4
You couldn’t have planned it much better I swear and you
Em9 C9
Hope that your senses aren’t failing you now
          G
And you think to yourself now I could be wrong
      Dsus4
But I might have just stolen this scene from a song and you
Em9 C9
know that your senses aren’t failing you now,
but they’re slipping away

Em9-G2-C9-(D-D2 2nd time only ) x2

G
So divine is this happening
             Dsus4
Can’t I just graze your skin
        Em9
For the rest of our time
                            C9
But time isn’t letting this night go on
     G
Till then and there, the wind in your hair
Dsus4
Nothing in this world could keep me from staring at

Em9
You and all I need now is for that
C9
sun to stay under its glowing horizon

for good.

Em9-G2-C9

        G
‘Cause these are the nights that you know when you’re there
     Dsus4
You couldn’t have planned it much better I swear and you
Em9
Hope that your senses aren’t failing
     C9
you now
         G
And you think to yourself now I could be wrong
      Dsus4
But I might have just stolen this scene from a song and you
Em9
Know that your senses aren’t failing
    C9
you now

G-G2-G (quickly changing)
but they’re slipping away

I somehow don't know the correct name of the Em9 chord, as well as the proper variant of the g chord. The Em9 chord is correctly fingered 3-3-0-2-2-X going from the high e string.
the G is fingered 3-3-0-0-2-3 again going from 1st string
I will make corrections if someone knows the names of these two chords.

As well as G2 fingered 3-3-0-0-0-2 if anyone can give the proper chord names that would be great

The D2 is actually the shown Dsus4 fingering, and the Dsus4 should be 3-3-2-0-0-2
