This is absolutely correct, I worked it out myself first and got exactly the same.

on the acoustic video Ive seen he plays a funny B based chord at the start of the bridge, but this sounds just as good I think
Not so sure about the last chord of the chorus, corrections anyone?
i think the B in the song should be B7
and the last chord in the chorus should be Cmaj7, i think.
