is this all just strumming down? because it sounds like they're strumming up and down in the song.

No, its not. Sorry I forgot to add that in. But it's fairly easy to figure out when to strum up anyways.

In the chorus it sounds like there's another guitar playing something else...I think you missed that...and near the end there's two notes you didn't put in either?
