Notes:
  -Played with a pick and some form of distortion; Twiggy uses distortion
throughout the entire song with the exception of the first four measures of the
first verse and the pre-verse.
  -I cannot quite nail the end of the second and fourth measures in the first
part of the second intro.  What I have works with the song, but is not what
Twiggy is playing.  If anyone can figure out what he's playing, please let me
know.
  -There are small bass parts at the end of the song, but they are really minor
and hard to detect because the rest of the band are smashing their instruments.
I haven't bothered to transcribe it for that reason.
