I would say that I'm 100% sure that this is correct. 50% of it is my own work, while
the other 45% goes to someone I know and about 5% I found on the internet (hope the
person doesn't mind, but I did only used a little bit, most of it was the same as what
I had anyway)

confusing with all the extra little fills and the 2 seperate guitars but ive tabbed

The intro is wrong for 2 reasons:
1)The notes are wrong
2)Tim plays single notes instead of powerchords (you can see that when he plays it live)

The intro goes like:

(riff1)
d------------------
a-----------4------

It also plays an off beat E every other time, like this:

(Riff 2)
d-------------------
a-----------4-------
D--22--5--2-----5--2

so about 10-11 sec into the song after manson says reach out and touch faith the guitar line goes:

riff 1, riff 2, riff 1, riff 2 etc etc till the guitar line changes, when manson sings: Someone to hear your prayers, someone who cares

sorry if that is confusing lol, but you might find it sounds better
