But I'd like to correct something: I think it's a Fmaj7 instead of Dmaj7. ;)

On your chord diagrams you put Dmaj7 as [xx0211]; well this is not true. Dmaj7 is [x00222] and [xx0211] is Dm7. Both these chords have the D note, and this note doesn't sound good when you listen to the music. Therefore, a Fmaj7 is the best option I can find.
One more thing: on the part that goes "Give me a minute" you put a Em7 but a G7 sounds better.
