Hey nice tab, I was waiting for a good Baphomets tab for a while. I think you got the bridge part wrong, "Fold the river by the lips" part before the "My hands secrete a monument." I don't think there's any pull-offs because they're simply not loud enough when you you play them at that speed. I don't know, might just be my guitar. I'm not sure if the notes are right because I dont have a guitar handy, but I'm pretty sure it goes something like this:
Accent E-string notes.
