Here is my take on this haunting song.

The intro needs to be:
e|-------0--------------0--------0---------------------------|
b|-------------3-----3----------------3-----3----------------|
g|-----2----2-----2-----------2----2-----2-----2-------------|
d|-----------------------------------------------------------|
a|--0---------------------0----------------------------------|
E|-----------------------------------------------------------|

In the verse: the cadd9 is supposed to be a G and the G is supposed to be a Dsus2. As for the rest of the song it is correct.
