Alright.
I'm pretty positive about the chords, but I can't find out what 2 of them are called.
I think he made them up.
What a man.

Capo on the 4th fret

We're gonna call this guy an Fmaj7
        |
        | And this bitch a G
        | |
    C | | Am7
e|--3---3---3---3-----|
B|--1---1---1---1-----|
G|--0---2---0---0-----|
D|--2---3---0---2-----|
A|--3---0---2---0-----|
E|--x---1---3---x-----|

You gotta hammer on the G and D string sometimes.
Just keep listening to the song.
I also took the words and what not from the first tablature version or something, cause
basically had the structure right.

Let's do this

Verse 1:

C Fmaj7
My baby don't mess around

Because she loves me so
           G Am7
And this I know for sure...
C Fmaj7
Uh, But does she really wanna

But can't stand to see me
     G Am7
Walk out the door...
C Fmaj7
Can't stand to fight the feelin'
                                     G Am7
Because the thought alone is killing me right now...
C Fmaj7
Thank god for mom and dad

For sticking two together
          G Am7
'Cause we don't know how...

CH:

C Fmaj7
Hey... Ya...
G Am7
Hey Ya...

Verse 2:

C
You think you've got it
Fmaj7
Ohh, you think you've got it

But got it just don't get it
              G Am7
Till' there's nothing at all..
C
We get together
Fmaj7
Oh, we get together
                                          G Am7
But seperate's always better when there's feelings involved
C Fmaj7
If what they say is "Nothing is forever"
     G Am7
Then what makes, Then what makes, Then what makes

Then what makes, then what makes, Love the exception
C Fmaj7
So why you, why you

Why you, why you, why you are we so in denial
        G Am7
When we know we're not happy heeeerrreeee...

CH:

C Fmaj7
Hey... Ya...
G Am7
Hey Ya...

Bridge:

C Fmaj7
Alright now fellas
           G Am7
Now what's cooler than bein' cool?
        C Fmaj7
I can't hear ya' now
             G Am7
I say what's cooler than bein' cool?

And alright, alright, etc.. (Play verse chords)
    C Fmaj7 G Am7
Now ladies, yeah we're gonna bring it down in just a few seconds here
C Fmaj7
Don't make me bring it down for nothin'
G Am7 C Fmaj7
I wanna see you on y'all's baddest behavior
     G Am7
Lend me some sugar

I am your neighbor

Shake it, shake it like a Polaroid Picture (A bunch of scrapes and hitting the first two
3 times in a row, then the last one once. Kinda tricky. I'll come back later and put it up.)

CH:

C Fmaj7
Hey... Ya...
G Am7
Hey Ya...
