She's So Mean - Matchbox Twenty
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tabbed by LesThanPaul
Standard Tuning

Matchbox 20's new single, tabbed out the best I can. Some parts can be
hard to hear cause there's a lot of layering, but everything's mostly here.

Intro/Verse
e|-----------------------|
B|-----------------------|
G|-5--5-5-5/12-12-12-10--|
D|-5--5-5-5/12-12-12-10--|
A|-3--3-3-3/10-10-10-10--|
E|-----------------------|
Halfway through a distorted guitar comes in doing this:
e|---------------------|
B|---------------------|
G|-5--5-5-5------------|
D|-5--5-5-5--5-5-5-3---|
A|-3--3-3-3--5-5-5-3---|
E|-----------3-3-3-1---|

Prechorus
The way you pick the chords isn't that important (I've
given my example of what I usually do), but what's important
are getting the changes which I've marked

   C G F/C
e|-3-----3-----3---|-3-----|-----0------|
B|---1-----1-----1-|---0---|-1-----1----|
G|-----0-----0-----|-----0-|---------2--|
D|-----------------|-------|------------|
A|-----------------|-------|------------|
E|-----------------|-------|------------|

                C G F/C
She'll make you take her to the club, but then she leaves with her friends
             C G F/C
She likes to stay late at the party, 'cause the fun never ends
            C G F/C
And all her clothes are on the floor and all your records are scratched
             C G F/C
She's like a one-way ticket 'cause you can't come back!

Chorus
    C Gadd11 Csus4
e|--3--|---3---|--3--|
B|--1--|---1---|--1--|
G|--0--|---0---|--0--|
D|--2--|---0---|--3--|
A|--3--|---2---|--3--|
E|-----|---3---|-----|

       C Gadd11 Csus4
Saying yeah... you want her, but she's so mean
C Gadd11 Csus4
(You'll never let her go. Why don't you let her go?)
       C Gadd11 Csus4
Saying yeah... you want her, but she's so mean
C Gadd11 Csus4
(You'll never let her go. Why don't you let her go?)

Bridge
Repeat each chord as necessary
e|----------------------------------|
B|-1---------1---------1---------1--|
G|-2---------2---------2---------2--|
D|-2---------3---------2---------2--|
A|-0---------3---------0---------3--|
E|----------------------------------|

After the last prechorus and chorus play the intro a couple
more times, but end on the C powerchord.

I'm pretty sure that's just a different way to play C. It's made up of C E and G, which are the notes in a C major chord. It just has a G on top instead of an E
