This is my first public song deciphering but after studying videos of Matthew Good 
playing this live I think this is pretty freakin' close. 
Hope it works out for you! I may in the future do a video explaining the strumming 
pattern and changes but you should be able to pick it out by ear.

Most variations of his chords involve hammering on the G and B string in the 
second fret - so add that in where you deem suitable and you should be perfect.
