drop in the ocean

G-C-G-C

G C
love took me by the hand
G C
love took me by suprise
G C
love led me to you
    G C
and love opened up my eyes

(CHORUS 1)
           G C
and i was drifting away like a drop in the ocean
G C
now i realize
      G C
that nothing has been as beautiful
    G C
as when i saw heavens skies
        G
in your eyes
        C
in your eyes

(same progression as beginning)

every time i drift away
i lose myself in you
now i see i can be me
in everything i do

(CHORUS 2--same progression)
cuz i was feeling as small
as a drop in the ocean now i realize
that nothing has been as beautiful
as when i saw heavens skies
in your eyes

love took me by the hand
love took me by suprise

(chorus 1)
in your eyes
in your eyes
in your eyes
in your eyes

pretty simple right!!!

Well it's pretty close in my opinion. I believe the piano riff goes G.... C E. Then repeat. But for all purposes sake of singing and playing this, G to C and back and forth works real nice. It's even easier and nicer when you play G, Cadd9. It has a nice easy feel to it. If you were gonna try the E part I'd play it as Em7 and mute the 6th string E to make it sound like a higher E chord.
