This is my first submission.  I like the song and the funky guitar riff.
And I got it figured out exactly.  Don't tell my friends I'm posting this.

The song has three parts: Verse, Chorus and Bridge
The parts are unmistakable when you listen to it.

VERSE

Here's some tab that should get you through.

To really nail this you have to finger it correctly so I'm going to give the chords 
with left
hand finger to be used after the slash. 1 is your pointer finger and 4 is your pinky.

F5 = x x 10/3 10/3 x x
F#5 = x x 11/3 11/3 x x
A#m = x x 11/3 10/2 11/4 9/1
F# = x x 11/3 11/3 11/3 x
C# = x x 11/3 10/2 9/1 x

(And for you Theory nerds I thinks it pretty clear the A#m is actually a F#maj7(no root) 
I digress!)

CHORUS

F#   A#m   D#m

Big barre chords work just fine
F# = 2 4 4 3 2 2
A#m = 6 8 8 6 6 6
D#m = x 6 8 8 7 6

BRIDGE

This part doesn't have guitar but the chords are

C#  D#m  C#  G#m  C#  D#m  B  C#(type 2)

Note that the final C# in the bridge lasts for only the last two beats so it's easy to 
it.

Here are some nice voicings that I use for this part.

C# = x x 6 6 6 x
D#m = x x 8 8 7 x
G#m = x x 6 4 4 x
B = x x 9 8 7 x
C#(type 2) = x x 11 10 9 x
