It sound much heavier if you replace the D[9-9-9]
                                         A[9-9-9]
                                         E[7-7-7]

with
               E[2-2-2]
               A[2-2-2]
               D[0-0-0]


But I personally think the whole power chord part can be changed many many different ways.
