Peanuts Theme Tab

I noticed a bunch of tabs for this were totally off.. I know this on piano and 
these are the same exact notes, except on guitar. (for those who don't understand 
theory, Piano and Guitar are in the same key, so no change to the notes is made.)

g-1-3-----3-1-3-1-1--3-3|   That part is the main melody, which repeats itself
d-----------------------|   a few times.. There is one minor key change,      
a-----------------------|   instead of the end part, 1-1-3-3 on the g string, 
E-----------------------|   (a flat- a flat- b flat-b flat)
                            it goes 3-3-(b string)-1-1, (b flat- b flat-  c sharp- c sharp)  
                           I believe. 

After the main melody, there is another little riff

e-------------4-6-6-4-6-6-6----------|
b--2-2-2-4---------------------------|    and it does that i think twice or 
g------------------------------------|     three times. The 2-2-2 (A) is a 
d------------------------------------|   triplet. If you don't know what that
a------------------------------------|     is, say triplet to yourself, like
E------------------------------------|     TRI-PAL-ET quickly,but not too fast
