Hello,

the .n things aren't completely silent

in Urdu/Hindi languages, there are two types of "N", one is like a normal english "N". and the other one is half as strong, while saying normal "N" the tongue touches the upper part of mouth to transfer air out through the nose, but while saying the half "N", the beginning part of the tongue touches just slightly above, passing some of the air through the nose, creating a half "N"
