Auld Lang Syne

 ()-let ring

G |---------4-2---2-4-2-----4-7-(9)-9-7-4-4---2---2-4-2-----------|
D |-0-5-4-5-----5-------5-5-----------------5---5-------5-5-2-0-5-|
A |---------------------------------------------------------------|
E |---------------------------------------------------------------|

G |-9-7-4-4---2---2--9-7-4-4-7-(9)-9-7-4-4---2---2--4-2-----------|
D |---------5---5--------------------------5---5--------5-5-2-0-5-|
A |---------------------------------------------------------------|
E |---------------------------------------------------------------|

This is a simple holiday classic, as long as you pick up the rhythm.
 - Also, you can substitute all of the 5's on the D string with 0's on the E string,
would make it even simpler.

seems ok.. one thing though if you substitute the 5s on D to open E its no longer a G... so it sounds weird.
