You can of course either play the fifth fret on the B string, or an open E string.
Good tab though, I gave it 5 stars.
It may actually sound better to ignore the slide and pick each note individually on the second correction above, do whatever you think sounds best.
Timing should of course be easy if you've ever been near an ice cream truck.
