I didn't actually know the names to the chords, so I just kind of made them up. :\
But I'm sure this is accurate! Enjoy! :) <3 Liz

Am Am2
She was feeling faint when the smoke hit
Em
Dizzy with the smell of perfume
Am Am2
Hiding from her family that she missed
Em
Cold and all alone in her room
A
The bird flew into the window
Em
And he heard the same song in our heads
Am Am2
I often wonder what it would feel like
C Em2
To be free again, free again
Am Am2
We were building courses for horses
Em
Make believe with me by your side
Am Am2
She grew up a week before I did
Em
My mother said that it wasn't right
A
The bird flew into the window
Em
And he heard the same song in our heads
Am Am2
I often wonder what it would feel like
C Em2
To be free again, free again
Am
Memories fade
Em2 Em Am
But they bring you back to the good old days
Am Em
But the good old days will never be the same
Am Am2 Em
I sang a song I wrote for you yesterday
Am
But you didn't hear it
Am2 Em
You didn't hear it anyway
Am Am2 Em
Anyway, oh, anyway-ay-ay
Am Am2 Em
Anyway, oh, anyway
Am2
It's just the good,
Em
It's just the good old days
this is a great tab, it sounds dead on except for the part where it goes to the "Memories fade..." part. i watched the video where she plays the song acoustic and from what i can see, the chord progression should go like this...
Memories fade
Em2 Em Em2
But they bring you back to the good old days
Em Em2 Em
But the good old days will never be the same
also, i noticed that the part at the end actually should go like this...
A C
Anyway, oh, anyway
Em2
It's just the good,
Em
It's just the good old days
oh and if you were wondering what the name of those other chords that you made up were, i looked them up and found out that Am2 is really called Am6 and Em2 is called B7.
so anyways, you still did a great job nonetheless.
happy guitar playing!

oops, it's not showing the correct spacing of the chords in the corrections i made...but i think you get the point.
