Here's The Ghost of Ralph's Mom from the album Dither. I tried to
show timing with the spacing but its best to listen to the song to get it
exactly

Intro:

That is played four times.

Verses:

That is played four times and then the following is played twice.

Then back to the verse part (just F5>G5: 4X) followed by the next part (C>G>F: 2X)

The chorus goes like this:

Solo is played over the verse chords: F5>G5

The Final verse is played on acoustic guitar like this with slight variations each time through:

That is played four times through as it is shown then on the fifth
and sixth time around a G5 is played right after the first note of the
last C chord, then during the seventh time around go right in the the
C>G>F progression twice instead of playing the second C chord.

Last Chorus: C>G>F>G>C>G>F: 3X > C>G>F>C>G>F>outro

The outro goes back into the intro riff again:

This is a pretty simple song but i probably made seem a little more 
complicated than it actually is.
