I borrowed pretty much all of this from the tab of this on here.. but i put it into a 
convenient chord form! Also, the tab has a D/A in place of the Bm/A throughout the whole 
but i find the Bm/A sounds better, but you can choose which to use..   enjoy!

The second chord in the first bar should be F#m. So the melody part should be played: D-F#m-Bm-A-F#-A Just replace that Dmaj7 with F#m and it will sound as it should
