i know this must be really hard, but can you put the instrumental part chords, i can figure them out, or at least say which part is the chorus and the verse, thanks a lot :)

The last verse starting on "G" should be repeated twice. Other than that sounds pretty good. On the third to last verse, some parts dont sounds exactly right, like where to play the chords. ie. "Or cut him till he cried out...."sounds a little bit off if you play exactly where you r suppose to.
