Very good, almost 100% correct. the only thing missing is the jazzy "leading" notes that sometimes lead into each measure.
but those are far to random and interchangeable for anyone to be expected to tab, so awesome job!
this song's bass line sounds SO GOOD!!!!

it's not really wrong how you tabbed it, but there are a few parts where I found much easier ways to play the same notes, in context to the song.
really, my only corrections are during the chorus. I find it significantly easier to play this way:
It's just way easier to play it that way, rather than moving over the ENTIRE neck of the bass. It still sounds just as good in my opinion.
Not really a flaw in the tab as you were still spot on in the notes to play, so still a 5 star rating. Just figured you would want to see this.
Five stars on the tab for sure, although raccio14's suggestion or such is a lot easier to play for the chorus. (:
