--15-15- sounds too high, surely its --3-3- instead.. i know its the same note but?

yeah i do know what you mean. i tried playing the actualy C power chord instead and it sounds better. I can't change the tab but use something around the C Power chord other than A:--15-15. Also, try playing the rhythm free-hand if you can't find a decent delay loop.
I don't think that sound is a guitar, it sounds like overdriven ep. When live I have a feeling its a midi controlled synth arpeggio triggerred by matts GK or alternatively theyre just playing to a backing track.
I like this arrangement for guitar though
