1. this part is not a solo
2. you don't need delay
3. there are not nessecarily pick scrapes
4. you need a kaoss pad
5. you need a fuzz factory
6. the chords shown are notes that are sung into a synth, that's not a guitar part.

The sound you're trying to get with the following chord:

B-11
G-14

Can be acheived by striking the strings behind the nut. Also, it is two octaves above A (might be easier with a whammy pedal).
