the other tab i saw for this song was the right chords, but not the right version of the chords.
the song is capo 5 and the chords(in relation to the capo) are...
CAPO 5
D (xx0232)
A/C#(xx0220)
Bm (xx0432)
G (xx0433)
now the order for the verses are as follows, d, a/c#, bm, g
but the order for the chorus is bm, g, d, a/c#
and the little part after the chorus is g, a/c#, bm, d
using the capo and these chords give it that uke sound that you hear in the song.
also im not sure of the name of the a/c# chord, but the fingering that i gave is correct.
thanks! this song is amazing
The chord names are correct in relation to the capo.., but since it isn't played open then they have different names.
The D is actually a G, D6sus4/G, or Bm#5/G.
The A/C# is a GM7sus2, or A13sus4/G.
The Bm is a G6, Em/G, or Bsus4#5/G.
And the G is a G6sus4, Em#5/G, or C/G.
The only reason i point this out is so that it is easier to harmonize on open strings for another player with the properly named chords. Great job on the tab though, it's a great song!
Sounds fine to me. Supposedly the A/C# thing you guessed on is Dmaj7sus2. Wow, that's a long name. But it works! Thanks for the tabs!
