I put the chord in brackets when the chord is continued through more
than one measure. For instance, the intro is one measure of Dm, one of F,

For me it sounds better if I change the Fm of the intro to F. Also, in the bridge at the end I changed the first F#m to F (the second F#m is correct), sounds smoother to me ;-) Thanks for sharing the chords.
