Thank god! Someone that isn't completely tone deaf!!! That lower C is correct as well and a dropped C Tuning will stuff up the verse. Speaking of the verse, only one problem i picked up, i'm not sure of the:

and the rythum out (i'm aware how freaky hard it is to write rythum on tabs) but you'd have to be some kind of retard to not figure out the rythum with a guitar.
I sincerely hope more people pick up on this great tab, and for the record, i actually don't like Nickelback at all (hate them!) but my guitarist forced me to learn this and suppose it's not too bad. Cheers for the great tab man!!! :D
