The current tabbing for Nirvana's song aneursym is missing some parts so I have written 
out the corrected version below and I would appreciate it if you replaced the old one with it
 

The intro/outro was correct in the old tab so I left

It the same:

When the guitar goes mad just keep playing the F# note on the E string(2nd fret)
