Verse clean

D--------------------------------------------------------------|
A--------------------------------------------------------------|
F------------------------------7-------------------------------|
C--------7br-10------8br--------7br-10-------------------------|
G---------------------------------------------------(10)-------|
C--0-0-------------0-----------0-------------0-------(11-------|

play this 6 times clean and on the 2nd, 4th, and 6th times leave out the (11) and
bend the (10)
the prechorus is the same riff, just play it with lots of distortion and the second time
pick the (10), using it to lead into the chorus.

the chorus is simple

d---------------------------------------------------------------------|
a---------------------------------------------------------------------|
f---------------------------------------------------------------------|
c---------------------------------------------------------------------|
g--8-7--0--8888--10-10-12-10---8-7--0---(3-5555-3)--------------------|
c--8-7--0--8888--10-10-12-10---8-7--0---(3-5555-3)--------------------|

play that 4 times and on the 4th time replace the (3-5555-3)
                                                                                        (3-5555-3)
with (5-6666-5)
        (5-6666-5)

the post chorus goes like this:

d--------------------------------------------------------------------|
a--------------------------------------------------------------------|
f----------------5---------------------------------------------------|
c---(6)-(5)-x--x-----------------------------------------------------|
g---------------3---5-6666-5-----------------------------------------|
c--------------------5-6666-5----------------------------------------|

play 4 times and on the 4th end with a pick scrape. ocasionally replace the (6) (5) with
harmonics on those frets

the first part of the second verse is:

d-----------------------------------------|
a-----------------------------------------|
f-----------------------------------------|
c-----10----------------10----------------|
g---------11-----------------11---10------|
c--0--------------0-----------------------|

play that 3 times then play the original verse riff twice

the heavy part of the verse is this:

d---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
a---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
f---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
c---------7br-10------------7br-10--------7br-10*---------7br-10*-----------------------|
g------------------------------------------------------------------------------(10-10)--|
c--0-0----------------0-0--------------0-0---------------0-0----------------------------|

* = pinch harmonic tremolo pick the (10-10) into the chorus just like after the first verse

the chorus is the same as before. after you play the chorus you play the post chorus
the you go straight into the bridge:

d-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
a------------------------------8999988889999-------13131313151515---------------------|
f-------------------------------7888877778888-------12121212141414--------------------|
c--56666555566665555666655556666888810101010121212
g--56666555566665555666655556666888810101010121212
c--56666555566665555666655556666888810101010121212

after that play the chorus one more time then play the bridge then play the first half
the chorus riff once.
when playing it live andy sometimes ends on these 2 harmonics:

d--------------|
a--------------|
f--------------|
c---8*--7*-----|
g--------------|
c--------------|
