OASIS - ROCK 'N' ROLL STAR
(Gallagher)Chords used:

	 EADGBe
B	(x24442)
B2	(7998xx)
C#m	(x46654)
A	(x02220)
G#m	(466444)
E	(022100)
E/B	(77999x)
F#	(244322)

There is a riff played along with the "E/B" chord in the intro and verses
that I can't, for the life of me, play so it sounds EXACTLY like the
record, but below is an attempt that sounds close. The tab below is played
in ALL the verses in the song, as well as during the "E/B" chord in the
chorus. Here goes:

b=bend (3b4 means bend the string at the 3rd fret to make the note that
the string would make if it was played at the 4th fret without bending.)

   B2 E/B B2 E/B
e-------------------------------------------------------------------
B--4--4--4-4-4-4--4-4--10----9--7-----4--4-4-4-4-4-4--10-----9--7---
G--4--4--4-4-4-4--4-4---9b10-9--7-----4--4-4-4-4-4-4---9b10--9--7---
D--4--4--4-4-4-4--4-4--------------9--4--4-4-4-4-4-4----------------
A--2--2--0-2-0-2--0-2-----------------2--0-2-0-2-0-2----------------
E-------------------------------------------------------------------

Verse 1
-------
[NOTE: all "B"'s below played with "main riff"]
B2 E/B
I live my life in the city
B2 E/B
And there's no easy way out
C#m A B2	E/B
The day's moving just too fast for me
B2 E/B
I Need some time in the sunshee-ine
B2 E/B
  Gotta slow it right down
C#m A B2
The day's moving just too fast for me

Pre-chorus
----------
  G#m E
I live my life for the stars that shine
    B
People say it's just a waste of time
G#m E
Then they said I should feed my head
    B
That to me was just a day in bed
     G#m E
I'll take my car and drive real far
   B
Not concerned about the way we are
    A
In my mind my dreams are real
F#
Now you're concerned about the way I feel

Chorus

		      e------------0--------------------------3-----
		      B------------0--------------------------3-----
		      G------------1--------------------------1-----
		      D------------2--------------------------------
		      A------------2--------------------------------
		      E----3---2---0--------------------------------
B (w/main riff) [NOTE: I have no idea what
Tonight! that "?" chord is, or if
						it's correct!]

[SOLO over chords B C#m A B]

[VERSE 1 repeat]
[Pre-chorus repeat]
[Chorus repeat]

Here, song goes to an "A", then starts alternating between "F#" and "E",
then Liam starts singing "It's just rock and roll" and the alternation
between "F# and "E" starts getting faster, and that's the end of the song.

------------------
The R'n'R Star solo
(Played over B,B,C#,A - The verse chords)! Also a little tip to make it sound
better is to thrown in an E barre chord during the B in the solo as well as
the verse parts, like this:

e---7---7---7---7---7---7---7---7-------------------
B---7---7---7---7---7---7---7---7---9---9---9---9---
G---8---8---8---7---8---8---8---8---9---9---9---9---
D---9---9---9---7---9---9---9---9---9---9---9---9--- or something like this
A---9---9---9---7---9---9---9---9---7---7---7---7---
E---7---7---7---7---7---7---7---7-------------------

Anyway here's the solo.

e-----------------------------------------------------------
B-----------------------------------------------------------
G---7---8---7--------------------------------7---7h8--------
D------------------9---7---9---9---7---9----------------9---
A-----------------------------------------------------------
E-----------------------------------------------------------

e---------------------------------------------------------------------------
B-----------------------------------------------10--------------------------
G---7---8---7------------------7---9s11---------11---9---7--------7---9---
D------------------9---7---9----------------------------------------9-------
A---------------------------------------------------------------------------
E---------------------------------------------------------------------------

e---0---0---0---0---0---0---0---0---
B---0---0---0---0---0---0---0---0---
G---8---9---9---8---9---8---9---8---
D-----------------------------------
A-----------------------------------
E-----------------------------------

You play all this twice and on the third time you only play half
of it and then into the chorus.
