Standard tuning. Play the bar chords, but don't strum the chord entirely each time...
the bottom half or upper half depending on which part of the song. that kind of goes for
strumming pattern as well. Improvise everything, seeing as there's no black and white to 
chords of this song. You can probably swap the F with A# if it drives you nuts, and if
some glaring mistake in the chords, I'll change it here if you figure it out.

Great work! The bar chords really tire my fingers our after 8-9 mins straight though. Capo on 4th fret with the chords Dm,F,Am,C (or transpose 7 on here) sounds good to me and is much easier on the hands.
