the tuning is in drop d! i looked at the other tabs and learned the intro on every
one of them was wrong i play it this way and it sounds correct so for those who just 
the intro like i did this tab is for you!! i even played this tab to the intro to see 
close it sounded and its really close sooo i dont see why anyone would have to deny this tab!!

The other tab is NOT wrong, nearly the whole album is in open d-minor.

no those tabs are very incorrect shed this tab is by far the most accurate on here i can confidently say this because i have played it next to the actual song and it has octivated with the song

You're wrong.
First rule before making a tab is to get some background knowledge of the song, including trying to find out in which tuning the tab is. Read this: http://www.opeth.com/index.php/discography/show/tpl/ghost-session-diary
In the beginning of the 2nd passage it says: "All songs but 2 or so are written in a open tuning, so the solos had to be done that way too."
Those 2 songs are Hours of Wealth and Atonement, not Grand Conjuration.
