I've listends to the song a few times and also read some other
bass tabs for this song and this is how I feel it is played if
you don't like it then fine.

Play that twice and then. At 1:39 its just a hard F# with feed back
and all the other little stuff in the back round. (You can add a few
slaps in there or just hold the note out any thing to make noise)

then at 1:45 you have to listen hard but you can hear the
bass start up and it flows into the techno part of the song.
(if you have trouble just listen to the synth part it
fallows that. This little bit of the song is hard to make out
