Band: Paolo Nutini
Song: Last Request
Tabber: James Simmons
Comments: Great song, i prefered the acoustic version he did but these
chrods are fine for the single version. I think this guy will be the next
James Blunt but better.

CAPO ON 3RD FRET!

Verse 1:

      D F#m
	Slow down, lie down
          Am Em
Remember it's just you and me
      D F#m
	Don't sell out, bow out
          Am Em
Remember how this used to be

Bridge:

	                   G Bm Em
I just want you to know something, is that alright?
                       G Bm Em
	Baby let's get closer, tonight

Chorus:

        D F#m Bm
Grant my last request and just let me hold you, don't shrug your
 	Em
	shoulders
        G A
	Lay down beside me
        D F#m Bm
Sure I can accept that we're going nowhere
                                Em
But one last time let's go there
        G A
	Lay down beside me, ohhh

Verse 2:

      D F#m Am Em
I've found that I'm bound to wander down that long way road, ohhh
      D F#m
And I realise all about your lies,
            Am Em
But I'm no wiser than the fool that I was before.

Bridge:

                   G Bm Em
I just want you to know something, is that alright?
                       G Bm Em
	Baby let's get closer, tonight.

Chorus:

        D F#m Bm
Grant my last request and just let me hold you, don't shrug your
        Em
	shoulders
        G A
	Lay down beside me
        D F#m Bm
Sure I can accept that we're going nowhere
                                Em
But one last time let's go there
        G A
	Lay down beside me, ohhh

        D F#m Bm

Sure I can accept that we're going nowhere
                                Em
But one last time let's go there
        G A

This is such a great song and these chords are so easy. There is a teeny detail missing between the two chorus at the end.
He sings softly -"Tell me how can, how can this be wrong?" The chords are something like Am, Bm, Em twice.
Cheers!
