BEFORE I DIE - Papa Roach The Connection, 2012 Not the exact thing, they play, but it sounds fine. Translated the synth-y parts to guitar, and it sounds about right. Much of the credits goes to the only cover I found on YouTube(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RYJzckdxC0E). I just fixed a couple of things to make it sound 'righter', such as the prechorus, or to make easier to play while standing up, like the verse riff. Hope you enjoy:) Tuning is Drop D. Nice job, you may want to check the live version from the Guitar Center Sessions. It has some good shots of the pre-chorus and a least a starting point for the lead. Nice job though, I've been trying to figure this one out too.
First the beginning you have written as "Rhythm" it is bass but can optionally be played as guitar. Second I have the correct version of the verse, I played lead guitar this Saturday for my performance and we played this song. Third, the solo I have also but I am in school and I am too lazy to type out right now and I will let you know it only uses the E, B, and G strings between frets 9 - 15... Good luck updating!!! I will eventually put up my version of this tab so look out for it!
